JR Wireless USA ships wholesale mobile phones, tablets, and accessories to dealers, retailers, and business customers nationwide. This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and what to expect once your order is placed.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Large bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time, and our team will notify you if this applies to your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also contact our team directly to check the status of your shipment at any time.

5. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via our standard carriers
  • P.O. Box addresses may have limited service options depending on order size
  • International and bulk export orders are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a shipping quote

6. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For large wholesale or pallet-sized orders, shipping is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Our team will provide a freight quote before your order ships. Local pickup from our Orlando, FL warehouse is also available for wholesale buyers — please contact us to arrange.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Note: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made and the order will be subject to our Refund Policy.
